Return Policy
Refunds: Our return policy on music and all downloadable items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
Email our customer service team on shop@natashahardy.com with a picture of the item and the defect within 7 days of delivery to you and we will arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.
Your exchanged product will be shipped to you within 7 working days. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location. Please allow extra time for International exchanges as delivery time can vary from country to country.
